Shoreline Sharks Youth Hockey Program for girls ages U10, U12, U14 & U19 full season teams in the Greater New Haven Area. Join our learn to skate programs for youth and young teens. Welcome to our website.

We are about, inclusion, community, a focus on fundamentals, hard work, commitment and fun. Combine those ingredients with talented, dedicated coaches, caring managers and supportive parents and you spell success and provide a positive experience for all of our players at all levels. Last season marked the beginning of a transition from Guilford Girl's Youth Hockey to the Shoreline Sharks Youth Hockey program.We added a new program for beginners called the Sandsharks and for the first time we had boy's participating in the program (at the sandshark level). Also implemented into our program was a U10 & U19 full season program. The U10 team consist of younger players who know how to skate and will continue to improve based on this program. The U10 team had several games throughout the season with a year end Jamboree.

Our U19 full season progam consists of players ranging from the ages of 14 - 19 who do not have high school programs. 2008 was the first season and we will continue in 2009 with an increased number of skaters. This team also participated in the CGHL State Tournament at the end of the season.

Our fundamental approach of inclusion for each player has served us well from the start of the Guilford High School Program to the present day.

This is a program where every player can find a home and where they will be appropriately challenged and supported.

Our focus is to make participation fun yet challenging.

Our success on the ice continues from the recent league titles tby the GHS team to our success in the CT Girl's Hockey League.

Our Learn to Skate program can benefit girls, boys and young adults.
