SHORELINE SHARKS YOUTH HOCKEY, INC.

 Welcome to the website of Shoreline Sharks Youth Hockey inc.

 We offer developmental and competitive programs for girls ages 3 -19, and boys at the clinic levels, Sandsharks and Sharks Hockey Development.

Our program has built a reputation of community, a focus on fundamentals, commitment, hard work, and fun. Combine those ingredients with talented, dedicated coaches, caring managers and supportive parents and you spell success while providing a positive experience for all of our players at beginning through competitive levels.

Our program registration opens on April 24th 2012. We are excited about the upcoming season.  For the 2012/2013 season we will offer our Sandsharks, "Learn to love hockey" program for young beginners and a special program called Sharks Hockey Development for beginners over 12 years old.  We will  offer a U10 developmental team that will run full season, and competitive teams in the U12 , U14, and U19 (Split Season) levels.  U12 through U19 teams will compete in the CGHL (Ct Girl's Hockey League)
 
Our fundamental approach of skill development and inclusion for each player has served us well from the start of the Guilford High School Program to the present day.

This is a program where every player can find a home and where they will be appropriately supported, where participation is fun yet challenging.

We are very proud to have former and present Sharks playing for Guilford HS, Daniel Hand HS (Madison), Branford HS and even the University Of Ct Womens Club Hockey team.

Our SandSharks  "Learn to Love Hockey" program and Sharks Hockey Development accepts both girls and Boys!

Madison Hockey Player needs Help

News Alert: Madison Teen Needs Liver Donation

Madison teen Grace Cummings is in need of a new liver, and is seeking a living donor.  Attached is a letter from her parents telling her story.  

Medical science has developed the procedure in which a portion of one person’s healthy liver can replace another person’s diseased liver and both donor and recipient can lead normal lives.

When: Saturday September 8th

U10:  9:00 AM
U12:  10:00 AM
U14:  11:00 AM

Who:  All players wishing to participate on a team. includung invited players who registered by May 8th (guarenteed a spot) and all others wishing to be comsidered for a roster spot.

Great Ice schedules booked for next season!

The Shoreline Sharks are very excited to announce the best ice schedules ever.

Most weekday practices will be at 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Sandsharks and SHD at 1:00 on Sundays and home games on Sunday afternoon or early Saturday evening.

Full schedules by team will be available soon so keep watching the site.

Shark Officers and BOD Elections

Based on the ballots entered and votes counted at the annual meeting held on April 23, 2012, the following are our Shoreline Sharks Officers and Board of Directors by majority vote. 
If you have any questions, please contact Mitch Brown BOD Chair.  Congratulations to all; all positions are for the next two years until April 2014.
